Eric’s Easy Bake – Episode 4
Soft Pull-Apart Dinner Rolls. Hamburger & Hotdog Buns Too!
Enriched dough is a wondrous thing. There’s so much good that can come from it. Here are a couple of examples with far reaching benefits for humanity.
This Easy Bake installment is an extension of the Episode 3 sandwich bread post with a few minor recipe tweaks. It too is an enriched dough recipe, so it may behove you to review that video before picking up here.
While one of the main goals of our Easy Bake series is to teach bread baking by feel, I’ve nonetheless caved to pressure 😉 to include a precise recipe with weights and measures. Below you’ll find a handy reference suitable for printout.
Enriched Dough - Great for Dinner Rolls and Hamburger Buns

Notes
The dough I used in the video actually consisted of a 50-50 blend of bread flour and bolted spelt flour. Same total four weight as what's shown in the above instructions.
Try not to over bake as the dough tends to dry out quickly. The buns in the video were in the oven a couple minutes too long and weren't quite moist enough.
