These are wonderful, high quality bread pans that are a joy to use. Their extraordinary construction quality, baking properties and features set it apart from other sheet pans on the market.

The corrugated, or fluted, design maximizes pan strength and prevents warping, denting, and other effects of everyday use. Corrugation also minimizes surface contact with baked goods which translates into an evenly baked product that is easily released. When coupled with the clear silicone coating, there is no need for oil or grease as sticking is a non-issue.

The small and medium pans are the most common bread pan size and most suitable for banana breads, pound cake and other batter breads. The large size is best (in our opinion) for sandwich bread.

USA Pan bakeware has been designed with many of the same standard features of industrial baking pans. Each pan is constructed of aluminized steel*, the material of choice for commercial bakeries. Metal thicknesses have been selected that allow even heat distribution and maximum service life. Our pans also use steel wires in the rim construction of most pans to provide additional strength and resist warping. USA Pan uses 65% recycled Steel to manufacture our products.

The Best Coating 

Each pan is coated with AMERICOAT© Plus, a proprietary silicone coating that nearly all commercial bakers prefer over dark non-stick coatings. Our clear non-stick, environmentally friendly coating is specifically formulated for superior baking and is easily cleaned. AMERICOAT© Plus coating does not contain PTFE or PFOA.

    Nice square shape for sandwhich bread. I ordered the large size to make Cinnamon Pain de Mie from Richard Miscovich’s ‘Wood Fired Oven’ book. Turned out beautifully using his conventional oven instructions. It’s nice not to have to use messy pan spray. Great product!

    I recently ordered both sizes of the bread pans. I was very impressed how fast the order arrived into Canada with tracking all along the way. I have used both pans a few times now and I’m extremely happy with their performance. I’ve been baking bread for years and I’ve never had a better pan…. Just wish I could get them in Canada. :-/ Thank goodness for Breadtopia!

    What a great investment! These pans are so sturdy and perform beautifully. I purchased 4 and am so pleased with their size and shape. I always butter my pans and my bread couldn’t have been easier to remove from these pans.

    Without question these pans are the BEST. The bread just falls out. I clean with dish cloth and hot water. I have been using these for three years and they are by far the best pans I have had in my 50 years of bread baking.

    Simply the best! I have 5 of these pans, and I wouldn”t be without them. I have all the other different sizes also, including the 2 sizes of lidded pans. In my opinion there are no better pans available. The bread just falls out of the pans with no effort. I just spray with a little Spectrum organic coconut or Canola Spray and nothing sticks. I take care not to scratch or use a knife on the pans and after using now for over 5 years, they are still perfect. I now have more than 25 USA pans, cookie sheets, cake pans, even biscotti pan, etc. and they are all spotless and like new. No scrubbing, just soap and water. I do not use the dishwasher because they clean up so easily. I can go from bananna nut bread one day to sandwich bread the next day using the same pan with no sticking. You won’t be sorry with USA pans!
