Gluten Free Orange Cinnamon Buns
Although this recipe is more elaborate than my usual offerings, the result is well worth the time. The heady aroma of warm cinnamon and orange zest is a reward in itself. Make sure to read through the recipe before you get started so you’re not caught off guard by a long proof time or a step that requires careful timing. You can easily halve the recipe or double it for a crowd.
You can vary the filling by adding 3/4 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts. Another great option for the filling is adding 3/4 cup currants or dried cranberries.
