So glad not to have to use plastic for my homemade bread. These bread bags are the perfect solution. They can be rinsed with cold water and reused many times, and i find they do a great job of keeping the bread fresh.

After only one month, mine went into the trash. I tried to like it. I tried to think, oh, the scent of bee’s wax that all my bread started to smell like, was organic (or something). I’ve tried multiple ways to store my bread, from bee’s wax wraps, to this bag and even a bread box, but I’m finding that plain old plastic bags that I can wash and reuse, are still the best. This bag was no better at keeping the mold at bay than any other solution. It was, in my opinion, a nice idea, but a waste of money. And why was it so stinky? I’ve never smelled bee’s wax like that.

This bag is amazing from the size that easily handles a full loaf from the Breadtopia Batard to how fresh it keeps that bread. Will be ordering some as gifts for my bread baking friends.
