Made from 5/64″ (2mm) thick black iron.

    I have the 1 lb and 2 lb and absolutely love them! They are great for bread baking when you have a high hydration dough. I use Ghee to grease them and the bread comes out with a wonderful crust. Best pans I have ever owned, and I have tried quite a few. I’m sure they will work well for cake too, just haven’t tried them for that purpose.
