How good can a $34 knife be, anyway? Turns out, pretty darn good. This serrated blade is sharp enough to easily cut through the crustiest bread with ease and thin enough to slice the most delicate breads without tearing the dough. It’s also well designed. The cutting edge of the blade is curved to more easily cut all the way through the bottom crust while keeping knuckles away from the cutting surface.
