Several years ago I bought a few sets to experiment with sourdough English muffins. More recently, I began using them to bake “cakelets” which have become wildly popular with family and friends. So popular, I bought 8 more sets! The rings create perfectly sized snacks, and are very easy to clean. The best part are the uniform cakes that are easily removed. These rings are the most versatile tools in my baking tool box!

These rings worked great for my english muffins. I tried them on the stove top by buttering them on the insides & sprinkling with cornmeal and in the oven with only buttering them–both situations there was no problem removing them.
