I am so happy with this Mockmill 200 Lino. I have used steel impact mills for many years and now using this stone grind mill I find the result is so fine! I love the softness of the flour and the bread comes out perfect. So easy to use and almost no cleanup. The mill looks great on the counter, and I would recommend this mill to anyone looking for a great mill. It is heavy and not something I can carry around. But adjusting the fineness of the flour is simply moving the hopper left or right.

It’s worth it. It looks beautiful and it is very functional. I received this as a gift. I am happy to have the faster motor as it makes it no big deal to grind flour right before a recipe, in seconds I have fresh ground flour. If I forget to grind enough for dusting and kneading, just throw in a 1/3 cup of grains and I have plenty. If you are having a hard time deciding which one, then I suggestion you get the faster motor, you won’t regret it.

I just received my Mockmill Lino 200 and couldn’t be happier with the mill and with the communication and service from Breadtopia. Shipping was even faster than promised, the packaging was perfect, and everything was intact.
This was much more mill than I needed, but it was in stock and right now that’s important.
I milled 600g of hard red wheat at #1 in 2 minutes. A #40 sifter screen (also from Breadtopia) removed around 3% of that, and I got beautiful, big bread using the classic King Arthur recipe for ? whole wheat bread. So far I’ve only milled the wheat and some rice to clean the grinder, but no issues at all.
