I ordered this mill through the US Mockmill website to use a discount link, but the order was fulfilled through Breadtopia. This mill is beautiful and works like a dream. The instructions for cleaning it and prepping it for use varied from the website and the instruction manual, but its basically running rice through the mill on a coarse setting and then running it through again on a finer setting.
My mill gets plenty of use and I’ve ground multiple different kinds of grain in it and its performed beautifully with all of them. The flour has milled out fine and fluffy. It is loud, but not nearly as loud as my old Nutrimill Classic (impact mill) which sounded like a jet taking off each time you turned it on. The hopper holds plenty of grain now that I’m milling on demand.
There is so much less mess with this grain mill (compared to the Nutrimill Classic where you have the reservoir and you have the move the flour out of it and it inevitably spills and gets everywhere, and then you have to clean the reservoir). You stick a bowl under the spout and just let it go. The bowl catches basically all of it. It might leave a very small layer of flour in the near vicinity.
This is a great grain mill for anyone wanting to keep it out. It works great and if you take care of it, it should last a very long time. I’m so glad that I upgraded to this mill.

My Mockmill Lino 100 arrived a week ago and works well and is very easy to use. It has a nice finish and looks beautiful on the countertop. I have milled some einkorn, rice and lentils so far. I stored the grains in the freezer first for a few hours before milling and the temperature was just right. The mill is slightly louder than I expected but I get my milling done in 2 minutes so its not a big deal. Great product and good customer service.
