Whether you’re ripening your starter or jumpstarting your bread dough, the Raisenne Dough Riser and the Brod & Taylor Folding Proofer come in handy.

The Raisenne Dough Riser couldn’t be simpler to use or take up less storage space. Yet it reliably does what it’s designed to do – create a steady warm environment in the mid 80’s F to accelerate proofing. Simply place the bowl containing your bread dough on the Raisenne and drape a towel over it. That’s it.

How it works: The patent pending Raisenne Dough Riser product uses a screen-printed heater circuit utilizing a Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) ink. This ink is printed in a specific pattern to achieve the optimal temperature for raising bread dough.

The Raisenne Dough Riser is safe for any countertop surface — laminate, wooden butcher block, granite, stone, quartz or concrete. It will not reach a temperature that will damage any of these surfaces
