I recently received this. Today I made several loaves of various sourdough ryes so had opportunity to test the cloth. It works great: It easily cleaned dough off my hands, the dough scrapper, the KA hook, and the KA bowl! The bits of dough remaining on the cloth washed off just as easily. I strongly recommend for anyone who regularly bakes bread.

These cloths make fast work of the dreaded dough bowl clean up! They remove the excess dough stuck to the bowl and bread board (and even inside my sink!) then rinse right out. If anything clings to the cloth, it drops right off when the cloth has dried.

I read a lot about this cloth in my german bread magazine. I even e-mailed the company if they ship it to the USA but they said no. I was excited to find it here. I tried it right away and it is great. It cleans great and the dough is easily flushed out of the cloth.
