Gluten Free Goat Cheese Tart
A buttery crust filled with creamy goat cheese and herbs, this is a simple but elegant tart. It’s great by itself as a first course, or served with a salad for a light lunch.
You can use all sorts of herb variations and combinations depending on the season and what you can get your hands on. Some of my favorites are parsley, thyme, dill, oregano, basil, and marjoram.
