Simply slice off the top of a head of garlic to uncover the individual cloves, trim off the roots, dot with butter or oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper, then place the roaster in a cold oven and bake a 400 degrees F for 30 minutes. This little roaster is big enough to accommodate 2-3 garlic heads.
