Most orders are processed and shipped the same day or the next business day as received. A few of our products are drop shipped from other locations and delivery times for those vary. If your order is time critical, please check with us before ordering to inquire about delivery times.
Occasionally, an out of stock product will be shipped some time after the initial order. This information will be noted on the product page.

The vast majority of our products do not incur a shipping charge if the order is shipping within the contiguous 48 US states and the single order total is over $75. Some products (such a grains and flours) do not qualify. Products that do not qualify for free shipping will have no indication of free shipping on their respective product pages.
Calculating Shipping Charges
Shipping charges can be calculated during checkout without first having to enter any personal or financial information.
We ship internationally quite often. We use the US Postal Service.
Any customer information given to Breadtopia will be used exclusively to process customer orders and to communicate with said customers. Such customer information will not be distributed, sold, or released to any other entity.
Returns and Damage Claims
Most products in new condition may be returned to Breadtopia for refund or exchange for a period of 30 days after purchase. Refunds are less shipping costs. Please include your name and order number with the return and ship to:
Some items, due to their high weights, are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer to keep costs down. These include the Fibrament baking stones, most grain mills and electric dough mixers. If returned, these items are usually shipped back to the manufacturer where separate return policies often apply. Please check with us for the specific return policy for these items.
If a product is received in damaged condition, reporting of damage must also occur within 30 days of receipt of order.
