When you hold this whimsy cutter and scraper in your hand, you enjoy a little fist-bump with nature, like when you recycle printer cartridges or remember your reusable bags at the grocery store. More personal than silicone and steel, gorgeous in its smooth simplicity, it works well for pinching off smaller batches of dough and pastry, spreading frosting and scraping bowls (and it won’t scratch surfaces, either).
Made in small batches (with love) in our home state of Iowa, with locally sourced walnut that’s milled, kiln dried, and finished with fractionated coconut oil and organic beeswax. Hand wash only.
