This is a premium parchment paper with excellent release properties for cooking, baking, roasting and steaming and even boiling. One sheet fits an average home cookie sheet but are easily cut to use as liners for any shape pan, such as cake, loaf or muffin pans.
It’s reusable with no loss in its release capabilities at temperatures up to 425o F, or single use up to 500o F. Eliminates the need for grease, oil or butter. It can be used as a wrapper for boiling and won’t disintegrate in water. It’s a high-quality freezer paper as well.
Parchment paper is stronger, easier to cut and handle, and superior in almost all respects to waxed paper. And unlike the rolled parchment paper found in grocery stores that always wants to roll up on you, these sheets will lie flat.
A better sustainable choice for baking. The production of unbleached paper provides significant reductions in waste versus bleached paper.
